- Hands-on experience with leading payroll systems such as
Ellipse, SAP, or Oracle-you're confident navigating complex tech
environments.
- Expert knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, with strong
understanding of payroll accounting and financial reporting.
- Depth of experience managing payroll in large, complex
organisations-including interpreting awards, managing shift-based
rosters, and processing timesheets.
- A mindset for improvement, with a history of successfully
delivering system and process enhancements that drive real business
value.
- Strong qualifications, ideally a Payroll Management
Certificate, or a relevant degree in Finance or Accounting.By
