Zachary Piper Solutionsis seeking a Network Engineerto join a National Security Contract located inFairchild Airforce Base, WAthrough100% on site presence. TheNetwork Engineerwill manage Cisco and Juniper technologies, including routing protocols and platforms. The Network Engineer will configure, troubleshoot, and document network infrastructure, assist in training personnel, and ensure systems remain secure and compliant with DOD standards.Responsibilities of theNetwork Engineerinclude:

• Manage and maintain Cisco and Juniper network infrastructure, including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and security platforms like Cisco ISE, Junos Space, and Forescout
• Configure, troubleshoot, and document network performance, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with DOD standards
• Provide technical training and support to base personnel, helping them understand network operations and troubleshooting best practices
• Implement and oversee network security measures, including cryptographic devices, comply-to-connect technology, and VoIP solutions
• Conduct network assessments, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning to enhance system efficiency and reliability
• Monitor and optimize classified networks, ensuring data integrity and adherence to military security protocols
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to support enterprise network management, monitoring tools, and infrastructure improvementsQualifications of the Network Engineer include:
  • 6+ years of experience senior network engineering
  • Experience with Cisco and Juniper technologies (CISCO Unified Call Manager, CISCO Internet Operating System 12+, CISCO ISE, Junos Operating System, Junos Space, and Forescout), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) Routing Protocols
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • Juniper Network Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA)
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Security+ orequivalent at IAT IIICompensation for the Network Engineer includes:
    • Salary Range:$150,000-160,000**depending on experience**
