Sales Representative - Waste Water Treatment Systems Baltimore,
MD | Northern VA Area (Remote with Regional Travel) Currently
working with a leader in delivering innovative solutions for
wastewater treatment across a wide range of industries. Take pride

they’re seeking a driven Technical Sales Representative to join
their team and play a pivotal role in expanding their reach and
strengthening client relationships in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Position Overview: Looking for a results-oriented sales
professional with a strong technical background in wastewater
treatment systems . The ideal candidate will combine engineering
knowledge with proven sales skills to support existing clients and
drive new business development. You’ll act as a strategic partner
to customers, understanding their technical challenges and offering
tailored solutions that align with their goals. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with municipal
and industrial clients in the DC, Baltimore, and Northern VA areas.
Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process
from lead generation to closing. Provide technical expertise and
product recommendations based on customer needs and application
requirements. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product
teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Attend industry events,
trade shows, and conferences to promote Polytec’s solutions and
stay informed on market trends. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related
field) preferred . Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the
wastewater treatment industry or a similar technical field. Strong
understanding of water/wastewater processes, treatment equipment,
and regulatory considerations. Excellent communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the
ability to work independently and travel within the assigned
territory. Must reside in the Washington, D.C., Baltimore, or
