JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Inside Counter Sales Rep Job Reports To: Parts Manager Exempt or Non-Exempt: Exempt Full-Time or Part-Time: Full Time Job Summary: Position with primary responsibility for sales and customer service for inside Parts sales. Essential Job Functions: Counter/Phone Sales Meet sales and gross profit margin goals Order parts according to dealership procedures Maintain special order parts for service department Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service Maintain a clean and safe work area Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes Provide written quotes to customers as needed. In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible. The employee is also expected to perform such other duties and functions as required from time to time.
