DescriptionThe Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work onsite in Woodlawn, MD, five days a week.Note: This position requires onsite work in Woodlawn, MD, five days a week.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Work with advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Address complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with highly experienced technical resources.
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to define, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow processes or improvements.
• Coordinate with the ServiceNow development team to validate solutions.
• Assist other Business Analysts on the project team.
• Develop procedures, manuals, and documentation as needed.
• Create User Stories based on stakeholder requirements.
• Document current and future processes and workflows.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.
• Support the Project Management Team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in a training-related field; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and building business processes.
• 3 years of experience creating process flow documentation.
• Understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.Required Skills:
  • Solid Business Analyst experience.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure platforms.Desired Skills:
    • Experience with ServiceNow BCM and/or IRM modules.
    • ServiceNow Certification.
    • Previous government experience.Additional Information:Original Posting Date: May 6, 2025Pay Range: $126,100.00 - $227,950.00Note: The pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee.
