  • 10+ Year's experience in the Construction Industry in a managerial role managing and overseeing commercial construction, residential construction, or a combination of the two.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Bachelor Degree is preferred, but no required
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to meet company deliverables related to budget, schedule, quality, and safety. Job Offer
