developed by AstraZeneca and is expected to be the leading
anti-IL33 therapy with the broadest and most differentiated claim
set in class and represents one of the top company priorities
within the respiratory TA and the overall portfolio. Tozorakimab is
expected to launch in its first indications of COPD and severe
viral Lower Respirstory Tract Disease (svLRTD) in 2027. Within the
Respiratory Global Team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you
will contribute to the development of marketing plans to maximize
the value of the brand. You will be responsible for working with
Brand Leadership team to develop and measure aspects of the brand
strategy with a specific focus on opportunity assessments, global
commercial projects and activity planning. You will work cross
functionally with colleagues in the AZ as well as the local MC
teams to shape the development of the promotional plans. The
successful individual will demonstrate strong skills in the areas
of planning, strategic thinking, decision making, communication,
leadership, problem solving and collaboration. Major Duties and
Responsibilities: As the global Associate Marketing Director
Tozorakimab you will be accountable for: Leading the development
and implementation of the brand pre launch and promotional activity
plan. Coordinating the roll out of global initiatives / projects
and engagement plans (for example brand forums and congresses) with
focus on the G8-12 markets. Being an active member of the global
commercial working group and extended GBT. Engaging with the local
marketing teams to ensure a flawless and aligned execution of the
promotional plan. Provide promotional input to the global strategy
/ BSP. Engaging with KEEs to gather input to inform the promotional
strategy and activities plan including advocacy development. The
successful individual will demonstrate strong skills in the areas
of strategic thinking, decision making, communication, leadership,
problem solving and collaboration. They will also be able to work
well with ambiguity, simplify complexity and manage multiple
priorities. Requirements/Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s
degree is required with business degree or scientific expertise as
preferred Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years’ marketing
experience in healthcare or biopharma industry, with a strong
preference for experience in the respiratory therapeutic area.
Demonstrated experience of leading a marketing campaign
implementation in global or significant global market In-depth
understanding of commercial strategy, methodologies, and tools
(product profiling and positioning, forecasting, pricing &
reimbursement, market research techniques, competitive intelligence
resources). Generating sales forecasts and business cases.
Experience of shaping brand strategy whilst the understanding of
product profile was incomplete and evolving. Proven experience of
engaging with and leveraging insights from external customers e.g.
KEEs, prescribers, payors. Preferred: Strong understanding and
experience of launching medicines in the US health system Special
Skills/Abilities: Strong planning. Demonstrated ability to lead
without authority. Ability to gauge the feasibility, impact and
risks of proposed programs. Strong leadership and influencing
skills to ensure a strong commercial focus in global projects.
Ability to manage complex projects. Demonstrated ability to bring
ideas to action. Strong analytical, organizational and
communication skills (written and verbal) required. Proven ability
to collaborate across functional and geographic boundaries. The
annual base pay for this position ranges from $180,875 to $271,313.
Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime
pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may
vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market
location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In
addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus
opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based
long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a
retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment
eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified

leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug,
dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and
