This is a fast-paced position that will see you provide first-class service to one of our top clients. This rare opportunity reports to the Workplace Services Manager and may include providing support cover for reception on occasion. You will need to be an energetic, positive, and passionate people person, responsible for representing our client's values and brand through exceptional customer service. The role is based within a premium corporate office in Perth CBD with a Monday to Friday, corporate hours work schedule.What will be involved in your day-to-day tasks?

• Receipt and distribution of mail items
• Management and distribution of ergonomic equipment
• Local, domestic, and international courier bookings
• Management of archiving processes
• Monitoring of mailroom stock for the business
• Coordination of managed stationery items for the business
• PPE receipt and distribution
• Administration of asset management for the business
• Ad-hoc facilities and business services requests
• Relief cover for reception, including management of building access, meeting room scheduling, greeting and signing in external guests, phone line management, and other reception duties.What you will bring to the role:If you currently work in a 5-star environment and are tired of shift work, this role might be for you! We are looking for candidates with:
