• Minimum 2 years experience required
• Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurses provide care for patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessment but are not unstable enough to require ICU care.
• The PCU RN cares for patients as they transition from the ICU.
• Progressive care describes the care delivered to patients whose needs are less acute.

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as of 1/5/2022
    • Schedule Information
    • Night shift - 3x12 Hour shifts
    • Weekends and holiday rotation as needed by the unit
      • Unit Specific Information
      • This position will be for the Progress Care IMCU - Intermediate Care Unit
      • PCU RN should demonstrate various competencies like basic and advanced life support, dysrhythmia monitoring techniques, recognition of cardiopulmonary emergencies, hemodynamic monitoring, interpretation of ABGs, assessment of ventilated patients, and management of patients requiring renal therapeutic interventions.

        • WELLSPAN will not consider candidates that have had license suspended anytime in the past.
        • All time offs and/or scheduling requests must be included in the submission
        • Candidates cannot be considered if they have been employed as a perm hire at any WellSpan site within the year.
