This role is
responsible for developing, managing and overseeing execution
of retail and
store marketing via multi-channel marketing
strategies aimed at increasing traffic, sales and brand awareness
that align with the organization's overall goals. This role will be
directly responsible for all national campaigns and
all store marketing and work closely with the
Director of Marketing to help manage the marketing budget, relevant
KPI's and the Marketing calendar.
Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):
multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales and
awareness of the organization
sales achievement in-store, through our school services channel,
online and recommend strategies to positively affect
promotional calendar across all channels
to align with
promotional calendar for the brand to meet or
exceed business performance objectives.
strategies that can be executed at regional and local levels for the retail
working closely with
the merchandising and sales teams
Oversee the execution
and consistency of the organization's brand in all execution
mediums both digital and analog.
Analyze and report back
regularly on promotion and event results.
and work collaboratively with the Lessons, School Services
and Digital Marketing
Work closely with teams
from marketing, merchandising, IT, creative, operations, sales, and
finance to support the brand's business objectives
Communicate status on
all projects and results to Director of Marketing on a regular

music dealers. In 2005, Music & Arts joined forces with American
Music to become the largest band and orchestra instrument retailer
in the United States. Based in Frederick, MD, Music & Arts is now
part of the Guitar Center enterprise and comprises 225+ retail
stores, 200+ educational representatives, and 250+ affiliate
