Administrative Associate Office Manager

Business Casual environment

  • Strong computer skills and experienced Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite
  • Customer Service in assisting clients with questions/concerns
  • Seated at front reception area, answer phones, greet visitors
  • Schedule meetings, set up and manager calendars
  • Copying, scanning, filing
  • Service calls
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Track and order kitchen supplies
  • Tracking, reviewing settlements
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting

Skills Needed:
Time management skills, adaptability,customer service,organization and detail oriented
