  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to both consumers and businesses (including email marketing and lead generation) from ideation to execution.
  • Responsible for content development, design, production and quality control of assigned projects.
  • Deliver solutions that strengthen our brand and convey our unique proposition and personality. Maintain strong editorial quality across customer-facing content to ensure accuracy, voice, tone and consistency.
  • Write content and design visual deliverables in support of multichannel marketing efforts including, web, email, social, video and print.
  • Write and develop creative assets for B2B marketing including product launches, sales collateral, training and tools, blogs, whitepapers, webinar content, CMS assets, infographics, illustrations, publication design, cover designs, brochures, posters, PowerPoint presentation (internal and external audiences), and more.
  • Create and update advisor webpages as directed, follow SEO best practices, and keep documents updated using CMS. Refresh photography, illustrations and header content quarterly or as needed for campaign alignment.
  • Develop concepts, content and layout for multimedia print and web ads for industry publications/websites. Prepare digital files for print. Create graphics, online banner ads and coordinate placement. Design and provide digital ads for use in communications.
  • Coordinate messaging and design across the marketing team and other key departments to ensure that objectives are aligned. Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target partner or buyer personas.
  • Maintain project and image filing systems
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

 

Education

BS/BA in marketing, communications, design, or related field.

Experience/Knowledge

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in print, digital, social, and channels used to build B2B marketing campaigns
  • Skilled copywriter who will be able to write blogs, website copy, marketing and ad copy
  • Relevant experience with the creation, facilitation, and tracking of B2B marketing campaigns of varying complexity with a strong focus on the customer
  • Resourceful self-starter excited to take initiative, drive things forward and deliver results
  • Naturally curious about business and drivers of growth; committed to truly understanding customer needs to make the best possible decisions and guide content creation in the most effective direction
  • Knowledge of life insurance industry distribution and life insurance product marketing a plus
  • Experience with financial services or other regulated industries
  • Proven experience varying messaging/content by audience and objective
  • Known for exhibiting strong growth mindset

 

Skills

  • Strong copywriting and design skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Versatility in many different types of print and digital communication vehicles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar email marketing platform
  • Experience with a CMS (Sitefinity or similar)
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere and any other video editing tool is a plus
  • Excellent partnership skills with the ability to collaborate, build relationships and gain credibility
  • Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks in fast-pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently move multiple projects forward in parallel
  • Pragmatic problem-solver with ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Personal initiative and high ethical standards
  • Team player with a willingness to work hard and have fun!
