Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Laser Operator to join their team. As a
Laser Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department
supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have
strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and
the ability to work independently or as part of a team, which will
align successfully in the organization. If you have laser, machine
operation or punch press, you are encouraged to apply! Job Title:
Laser Machine Operator Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $18 to $21
an hour depending on experience Shift:2nd shift, 15% shift
differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts What's the Job? Operate laser
cutting and punch machines to perform precise cuts on various
materials, primarily sheet metal. Conduct quality inspections of
finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to verify
dimensions and tolerances. Collaborate with the production team to
ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety
protocols at all times. What's Needed? Proven experience operating
laser cutting machines or similar equipment is preferred. Strong
understanding of basic math skills for measurements and
calculations. Familiarity with CNC machinery and its operations is
required. Experience in quality inspection processes to ensure
product integrity. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
