Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing
industry, is seeking a dedicated Press Brake Operator to join their
team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be an integral part of
the manufacturing department supporting production and quality
assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision,
attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align
successfully within the organization. Job Title: Press Brake
Operator Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $18 to $20 Shift: 2nd
Shift What's the Job? Set up and operate punch presses to cut,
shape, and form sheet metal according to drawings and
specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, calipers, and tape
measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with project
requirements. Perform daily maintenance on machines and tooling to
maintain optimal operation. Program CNC punch presses and adjust
ram pressure and die clearance based on material thickness. Verify
work quality using measuring devices such as micrometers,
protractors, and thickness gauges. What's Needed? At least 1 year
of experience operating punch presses or related manufacturing
equipment. Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
accurately. Knowledge of punch press tooling and material
limitations. Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
