Active Top Secret Clearance are required. CGI Federal is currently
looking for a Mid-Level Cloud Information Systems Security Officer
with active Top Secret clearance to support a large project for a
federal government client. The Mid-Level Cloud ISSO will work in an
agile environment, applying a variety of technical skills in a
fast-paced setting. The role involves supporting the design,
implementation, and maintenance of secure cloud systems and
networks, contributing to compliance efforts, and collaborating
with cross-functional teams. Your future duties and
responsibilities: • Support the identification and documentation of
cloud security requirements. • Assist in the implementation of
security controls for cloud-based systems. • Participate in network
and cloud architecture reviews and security assessments. •
Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure
compliance with cloud security standards. • Monitor cloud
environments for security events and assist in incident response. •
Review System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Requirements
Traceability Matrixes (SRTMs), and other documentation for
completeness. • Support the preparation of audit materials and
compliance documentation. Required qualifications to be successful
in this role: • Active Top Secret clearance (TS). • U.S.
Citizenship is required due to the nature of the government
contract. • Bachelor’s degree in information technology,
Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
field. • 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud security
operations. • Cloud certification in one or more of the following:
o CompTIA Cloud CE o AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate)
o Microsoft Azure Fundamentals o Google Cloud Associate Engineer o
or equivalent • Working knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework
(RMF). • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or
Google Cloud. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Desired Qualifications: • Experience supporting cloud migration
projects. • Exposure to vulnerability assessment tools such as
Nessus, ACAS, or similar. • Experience with XACTA or similar GRC
platforms. • Understanding of software-defined networking and
cloud-native security tools. • Ability to work independently and
