Graphic Designer, Senior The Opportunity: Are you passionate about helping organizations design and develop high-visibility mission-critical infographics, data visualizations, and publications or presentations for use by senior and executive U.S. government staff? The Booz Allen Digital Solutions team is looking for someone to help convert client needs and requirements into innovative digital design, marketing collateral, and outreach materials. In this role, you will work with a communications team to design and implement visual communications projects, while ensuring the effective delivery of time-sensitive products. Join us. You Have: 3 years of experience working with graphic design and creative assignments Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro Experience participating in discussions about visually representing complex data or analytic ideas Ability to work with clients to define project requirements and provide process or procedure advice for optimal visual communication product presentations Ability to display a portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design competencies TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in a professional work environment, including freelancing or internships, or 8 years of experience in a professional work environment, including freelancing or internships, in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience with data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic project production Experience developing and following brand management guidelines Experience in IC or DoD environments Knowledge of human- center ed design met hodology or Design Thinking principles Knowledge of videography, photography, 3D animation, and interactive products Knowledge of HTML and CSS, WordPress, or other content management systems Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based environment Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
