About this Role We're looking for a highly motivated Full Stack
Engineer to design and implement innovative training scenarios that
will help develop the next generation of operators. You'll work
closely with domain experts to design and implement engaging
exercise scenarios and will take the lead in creating and enhancing
advanced scenario grading solutions that directly support our
customer's critical training mission. In this role, you will:
Develop novel software applications within the operator training
environment using relevant programming languages such as Python,
Java, and C++ Automate existing manual deployment steps to improve
training scenario throughput and implement automation workflows
Document network designs, configurations, and procedures Solicit
requirements and feedback from mission customers, users, and other
teams (including IT and software development) to ensure seamless
training and scenario deployment Build configuration and procedure
documentation that enables operational excellence Requirements 12
years of experience in full-stack software engineering, or a
Bachelor's degree plus 8 additional years of experience
Demonstrated experience in full-stack architecture design and
development Hands-on experience with development frameworks
Background in user interface design, development, and integration
with backend APIs Experience with requirements gathering and system
architecture planning Understanding of network architecture and
topologies Ability to work in Ft. Meade, Maryland Preferred Skills
Experience with both Windows and Unix exploitation security
Background in network architecture and design Strong understanding
of VSphere and virtual machines Experience with the CNO operational
environment Development experience with front-end technologies such

range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work
hours. Salary is determined on an individual basis following the
