At ManTech, a leader in providing cutting-edge technology solutions for national security, we are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT project execution and service delivery. This role is central to ensuring our projects align with strategic goals and meet client expectations in our high-stakes environment. The optimal candidate will manage project lifecycles, foster client relationships, and drive a team towards operational excellence while adhering to budget and time constraints. Oversee the delivery of IT services and project management, ensuring compliance with client and company standards. Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, making recommendations to modify and improve service delivery. Lead cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to implementation and evaluation. Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, and with high quality. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMBOK) Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Experience in risk assessment and risk management Technical proficiency with IT systems and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) ITIL Certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
