As a Program Manager within the Program Management & Coordination department, you will be pivotal in guiding projects that culminate from innovative cloud technologies and strategies aimed at enhancing AWS's market share and service offerings. This role demands a blend of strategic planning, technical acumen, and project management expertise, ensuring that AWS projects align with organizational goals and deliver on-time results. Oversee the roadmap and strategic direction of complex IT projects at AWS Collaborate with various teams to articulate project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements Manage the project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables achieve the stakeholder standards Mitigate risk factors and handle resource constraints in a timely and effective manner Utilize AWS's cloud technology stack to optimize project outcomes Prepare regular project updates for senior management Uphold AWS's principles and commitments in every project endeavor Proficient in Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Robust understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage large, cross-functional teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) AWS Certified Solutions Architect or any equivalent AWS certification
