Job Description:
Vantor, Inc., a pioneer in IT services specializing in
cutting-edge AI, analytics, and cloud solutions, is seeking a
Government Business Development Director to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead our business development initiatives
within the government sector, leveraging your knowledge of digital
transformation to deliver impactful solutions that meet public
sector needs. You will play a key role in crafting strategic
proposals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue
growth by securing new contracts and fostering ongoing partnerships
with government agencies. Develop and execute a comprehensive
business development strategy for the government sector. Identify
and pursue new business opportunities with government agencies.
Lead proposal development and contract negotiation processes. Build
and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure tailored solutions meet
client needs. Assess market trends to guide strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with all governmental procurement guidelines and
regulations. Strong understanding of government procurement
processes and regulations. Experience in IT sales or business
development, particularly in solutions involving AI, data
analytics, or cloud services. Excellent communication, negotiation,
and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop strategies and
business plans. Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and
complex decision-making environments. 401k Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Any government-related
business certifications (e.g., Federal Acquisition Certification in
Contracting) are advantageous.
