Job Description:
Job Responsibilities Familiarity with DCIM (cable mgmt. virtual
tools) and ticketing tools. (ServiceNow preferable). Ability to
maintain correspondence with customers regarding
installation/project status. Fieldwork: Ability to install complete
copper and fiber (Patching and infrastructure) circuits. Ability to
use and read Fluke instruments. Ability to conduct and maintain
inventory levels. Ability to work with and install pre-terminated
fiber solutions. A level of computer knowledge a plus. Ability to
identify and swap server components. Familiarity with racking and
stacking equipment (Routers/switches/servers). Familiar with
terminations of 33, 66, 110 blocks up to 300 pair cable. Education
HS Diploma and/or equivalent degree in Trade or 5 years' experience
