Required Skills • Experience with standard development process, issue tracking, and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Gitlab) • Understanding of software development lifecycle and systems engineering processes, requirements management and prioritization • Experience with implementing Agile processes in Jira using Boards, Dashboards, and Plans • Experience with managing technical engineering documentation: design documents, system and dataflow diagrams, requirements, test procedures, etc. • Experience with security and compliance certification process and required artifacts Desired Skills • Experience with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) • Experience with systems monitoring and sustainment processes • AWS cloud services experience • Language analysis / linguist mission experience • Experience with 508 accessibility compliance Pay & Benefit Highlights Compensation Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
