Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Developer to
support federal agency operations with hands-on expertise in
relational databases, data warehousing, and data governance. This
role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of
federal policies, workflows, and secure database implementation.
Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior
Database Developer: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time
benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible

without notice. Senior Database Developer Responsibilities Include:
Design, implement, and maintain relational databases and data
warehouses to support mission-critical applications. Develop and
optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for efficient
data flow and integration. Perform advanced data modeling and data
analysis to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Maintain compliance with data governance standards and federal data
security policies (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP). Utilize tools such as
ERwin or similar to design and document complex data models.
Develop stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support
scalable and secure application development. Support cloud-based
and hybrid database environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and
translate them into database solutions. Performs other job-related
duties as assigned Senior Database Developer Experience, Education,
Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline required;
Master’s degree preferred. General work experience may be
substituted for education at a rate of 2 years of experience per
year of education. 15 years of federal onsite experience, with
strong familiarity with agency policies and workflows. Expertise in
SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL database platforms. Extensive
experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and data
integration. Proficiency in data modeling and use of tools like
ERwin or similar. Solid understanding of data governance frameworks
to ensure quality and compliance. Experience with cloud database
services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred). Knowledge of
federal security standards such as FISMA and FedRAMP (preferred).
Ability to write complex stored procedures, functions, and database
