Director of Product Management) We are seeking a Senior Product
Manager to join our Platform Pod, specializing in FedRAMP
compliance and internal tooling. This role will be instrumental in
ensuring our platform meets stringent security and regulatory
requirements while enhancing internal tools that improve
operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a highly
collaborative and technically proficient product manager who
thrives at the intersection of security, compliance, and platform
infrastructure. What you’ll be doing: Lead the product strategy and
roadmap for FedRAMP compliance initiatives and internal tooling
improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory
requirements. Collaborate closely with security, compliance, and
engineering teams to define and execute the roadmap for achieving
and maintaining FedRAMP authorization. Own the development and
enhancement of internal tools that drive operational efficiency
across internal teams (e.g., eligibility, developer operations, and
internal admin tooling). Define and track key success metrics,
ensuring progress on compliance initiatives and usability
improvements for internal stakeholders. Translate complex
compliance requirements into actionable product development
priorities and work with engineering to implement necessary
changes. Engage with internal stakeholders, including
customer-facing teams, to understand pain points and continuously
improve platform capabilities. Act as a subject matter expert on
FedRAMP-related product work, providing guidance across teams and
ensuring documentation is up to date. Stay up to date on industry
trends and evolving compliance requirements, proactively
identifying opportunities for innovation and risk mitigation. What
success looks like in this role: Achieving and maintaining FedRAMP
authorization within the expected timeline. Improving operational
efficiency by streamlining internal tooling, reducing manual work
for internal teams. Increasing adoption and usage of internal
tooling by key stakeholders, measured through engagement metrics.
Driving measurable improvements in platform scalability and
performance for internal operations. Delivering roadmap initiatives
on time and within scope, with clear impact on business goals. What
we expect from you: 5 years of experience in product management,
with a focus on platform, security, compliance, or internal
tooling. Strong understanding of FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other
security/compliance frameworks (direct FedRAMP experience is
required). Experience working on technical platform products in a
SaaS or cloud-based environment. Proven ability to collaborate with
engineering and security teams to deliver complex technical
products. Strong analytical skills with a track record of using
data to inform decision-making. Excellent communication skills,
with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and
driving clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience
with internal tooling development and stakeholder engagement across
multiple teams is a plus. Previous experience in healthcare, mental
health, or regulated industries is a plus. The target base salary
range for this position is $172,400 - $200,000, and is part of a
competitive total rewards package including stock options and
benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is
determined by a number of factors including experience, location,
internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We
review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using
Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure
