be in the local office once a week.Role:Delmock Technologies, Inc.
is seeking a Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager to
lead IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and workflow
optimization, with a focus on Pega-based solutions. As the central
point of contact (POC), this role oversees project execution,
technology implementation, and resource coordination.Key
responsibilities include analyzing complex project challenges,
developing innovative solutions, and optimizing IT methodologies,
tools, and fiscal planning. The manager will also drive application
selection, system development, maintenance, and transition planning
to ensure a scalable and efficient IT
ecosystem.Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership as a Lead System Architect (LSA),
ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to meet
organizational goals.
- Lead teams in system design, deployment, and performance
optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information
security protocols.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration.
- Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategies with
business goals.Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- PMP certification is required.
- Certified as a Lead System Architect with the Principal System
Architect designation, relevant Pega Certifications are ideal,
i.e., Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Pega Certified
Senior System Architect (PCSSA), or Pega Certified System Architect
(PCSA) with User Essentials Course.Minimum Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture,
specializing in Java and Pega.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security
standards.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in dynamic, project-based
roles.Clearance:
- The ability to obtain an active IRS MBI Clearance is required
