Our client is seeking a Practice Technology Project Coordinator in its DC office. This position is responsible for promoting the effective use of Practice Technology applications by providing user support and technical assistance with designing, developing, implementing and maintaining databases in the various imaging and database retrieval packages currently issued by the Firm. This is an exempt position and reports to the Senior Practice Technology Manager. Candidates interested in this position must be flexible to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with performing all database administrative functions associated with the implementation of Viewpoint, iConect, Westlaw Case Notebook (LiveNote), CaseMap, TimeMap, and IPRO, such as creating databases, assigning user accounts, assisting legal teams with litigation document management, providing on-going technical support and training to all legal team members using practice support applications, assisting legal teams with preparation of courtrooms for electronic trial preparations using Trial Director, and gathering, processing and production of electronic data and documents. Strong Electronic Discovery consulting experience required.

Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree and at least six years of relevant experience. Qualified applicants must be able to travel to other firm offices, client sites and trial sites when needed.
