We’re seeking a high-potential Human Resources Assistant who is

HR professional. This role offers exposure to recruitment,
compliance, benefits, workforce analytics, and ACA tracking, making

Human Resources. What You’ll Do In this role, you won’t just
support HR, you’ll actively contribute to critical HR operations: ·
Support recruiting efforts including candidate screening,
scheduling, and onboarding coordination · Manage background checks
and pre-employment screening processes · Maintain HRIS data
integrity and accurate employee records · Assist with benefits
administration and ACA compliance tracking and reporting · Serve as
a resource for employee HR-related questions and policy guidance ·
Coordinate onboarding, training, and HR programs · Support HR
reporting, workforce analytics, and compliance initiatives What
