This role is ideal for an experienced HR Officer or an emerging HR/IR Advisor eager to further develop their expertise in the resource industry.The RoleYou will be providing advice to employees and the company on the effective management of employee relations including:

• Interpretation of employment contracts, enterprise agreements and legislation
• Performance management
• Counselling / Discipline and Termination
• Grievance Management
• Provide advice on HR procedures and systems and ensure effective application of those throughout the company.
• Identifies human resource issues and appropriate intervention
• Provide advice on HR procedures and systems and ensure effective application of those throughout the company.
• Coordinate Right of Entry visits including any dispute resolutions.About YouTo be successful in the role you will possess the following:
  • A drive towards continuous improvement
  • Previous experience on managing complex IR issues on multidiscipline sites within similar industries.
  • Outstanding communication and written skills
  • Human Resources / Industrial Relations degree or qualification is preferred.
  • Previous work experience in a similar position
