Summary: We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiologic
Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in State College,
PA. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures
while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging
results. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures
as ordered by physicians Prepare and position patients to obtain
optimal imaging results Operate radiographic equipment while
adhering to safety standards Ensure proper radiation protection for
patients, staff, and self Evaluate images for quality and accuracy
before submission Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/PACS
systems Assist physicians and radiologists during imaging
procedures when needed Follow infection control and safety
protocols Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as necessary
Requirements: Active ARRT (R) certification required Pennsylvania
Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility) Minimum 2 years of
Radiology Tech experience Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
certification Strong knowledge of radiographic imaging techniques
and radiation safety Ability to work evening shifts in a fast-paced
environment
