Job Description Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician Lebanon, Indiana Full-Time | Hospital-Employed | Pulmonary/Critical Care BAS Healthcare is partnering with a physician-led, community-based health system in central Indiana to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join an established and well-supported practice based in Lebanon, IN . Additional patient care sites include Frankfort and Crawfordsville, offering variety and regional collaboration without excessive travel. This is an excellent opportunity for a pulmonologist seeking flexibility, a collegial environment, and the ability to practice comprehensive pulmonary and critical care medicine while maintaining work–life balance. Position Highlights Full-time, hospital-employed opportunity Join an established single-specialty Pulmonary/Critical Care group Flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours per week Inpatient rounding Monday–Friday Call schedule discussed during the interview process Average 15–20 patients per day EMR: Meditech Teaching opportunities available with Marian University , if desired Clinical Scope & Support Comprehensive Pulmonary & Critical Care practice Integrated Sleep Medicine and Respiratory Therapy services Experience with EBUS bronchoscopy and indwelling pleural catheter placement preferred Strong specialty and administrative support in a collaborative care model Candidate Requirements MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine Eligible for Indiana medical licensure Interest in community-based practice and team collaboration Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement Paid time off and CME allowance Stable employment model focused on long-term growth About the Community – Lebanon, IN Lebanon is a growing central Indiana community offering a low cost of living, excellent schools, and a family-friendly atmosphere , all within easy reach of the Indianapolis metro area.
