Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Behavioral Health for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Behavioral Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/22/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Travel MUST HAVE 3 YEARS EXPEREINCE IN BH / PSYCH An overview of the program and the following scheduling expectations will be discussed with prospective candidates during interviews: • FTE, shifts, hours, W/E commitment, working attire, floating to Inpatient units, running charge • Mgr. will enter travelers’ schedules based on needs • Mgr. will honor contractually agreed-upon time-off requests; travelers will be expected to swap shifts with coworkers to meet new or added time-off requests. • SP’s time and attendance policy. • Expectations for essential workers during inclement weather events and review of support options SP offers during such events (sheltering, food, etc.) Nursing staff at The Retreat wear business casual attire. However, travel nurses hired to fill program vacancies may be reassigned to inpatient units if the patient census decreases, so they should either bring navy scrubs to work or keep a pair in their locker in case they are floated to another unit.
