Job Description Job Description We are seeking anexperienced and motivated Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or PhysicianAssistant (PA) to join a well-established gastroenterology practice inMartinsburg, West Virginia. This is a full-time opportunity to work in acollaborative, patient-centered environment delivering high-quality GI careacross outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities - Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with gastrointestinal and hepatologic conditions - Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations - Manage follow-up visits, medication management, and patient education - Collaborate closely with gastroenterology physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary teams - Participate in inpatient consults and outpatient clinic visits as assigned - Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record - Adhere to evidence-based practices and quality standards Schedule - Full-time position - 40 hours per week - Primarily weekday schedule (exact clinic hours may vary) Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program - Current (or ability to obtain) West Virginia NP or PA license - NCCPA certification (PA) or national NP certification - Prior gastroenterology experience preferred, but not required Martinsburg offers awelcoming community with a small-town feel while providing easy access tolarger metropolitan areas such as Washington, D.C., and Baltimore.
