you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to
individuals in need of mental health services. You’ll work closely
with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the well-being of
our clients, providing compassionate and effective care every step
of the way. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess clients’ physical and
mental health status. Collaborate with the care team to develop and
implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support
to clients and their families. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of client care. Ensure compliance with all applicable
healthcare regulations and standards. Required Skills and
Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in the state of
Pennsylvania. 1 year of nursing experience , preferably in a mental
health or related setting. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
