Assess patient condition by conducting physical and psychological tests to determine the best course of treatment. Develop treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques that align with patient needs and goals. Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, decrease pain, and prevent disability. Document patient care and progress, communicating with healthcare team members to provide integrated care. Educate patients and families about post-treatment management and exercises to support recovery. Proven experience in developing physical therapy treatment plans Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities and equipment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Adept at handling and moving patients with various physical limitations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license BLS/CPR certified Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred
