Job Summary: As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll bring kindness, patience, and consistency to every interaction. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors — helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes. This position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands-on work. You’ll be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first. Compensation: $15.50 /hr. to start – $16.50 /hr. after 90 days Mileage Reimbursement: Seventy cents per mile. Eligible for Frontline Staff Incentive Plan, up to $900 paid quarterly. Schedule: First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor. Must be at least 18 years of age Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Experience working with the frail or elderly population is a plus — but not required. We’ll provide hands-on training and mentoring to help you grow! Requirements: Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening Physical Requirements: Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 25 pounds Must be able to assist with participant evacuations when necessary May encounter environmental challenges in participant homes — proper protocols must be followed Join Us!
