Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in
Bedford,MA . As we continue to expand, we are looking for
passionate and dedicatedhealthcare providers to deliver exceptional

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Compensation:Base pay of
$75–$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 perhour,
resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96. Generous
Paid Time Off: Fiveweeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays,
and sick time. CME Support: Three paid CMEdays annually, with
additional CME support provided. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 uponjoining

Requirements: Current and unrestrictedMassachusetts Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Minimum of six months
ofclinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a
comparablefast-paced setting; strong new graduates will be
considered. Excellent clinical judgment,communication skills, and a
compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work
bothindependently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary
