The daily structure features approximately 6.5 patient-facing hours, and a 1-hour lunch. - Quality Patient Interaction: Maintain a sustainable pace of 1624 patients per day. We prioritize meaningful visits, allotting 30 minutes for physicals and 45 minutes for complex consults. - Technology-Driven Efficiency: Our office is currently implementing AI Scribing to streamline documentation. You will be supported by a dedicated team with a target 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio. - Mentorship & Growth: New graduates are welcome! We offer direct mentorship under senior physicians and are looking for an assertive "team player" ready to grow with the practice. - Path to Partnership: We are seeking a long-term colleague.
