How you'll contribute A Nurse Manager (RN) who excels in this role: - Establishes strategic goals for assigned units aligned with the organization's strategic plan. - Manages the team assigned - Collaborates with the members of the Patient Care Team - Schedules Monthly staff meetings - Demonstrates annual competencies - Adhere to all regulatory requirements - Approves Kronos - Takes Active role in improving patient throughput - Provides leadership in critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving. - Assures compliance with all regulatory agencies. Develops action plans and monitors performance. - Continually improves employee engagement and safety. - Serves as an ambassador for the organization displaying a positive image in the community to ensure sound relationships. - Serves as a professional role model and mentor to motivate, develop nurse leaders and staff RNs who aspire to be in future leadership roles. What we're looking for Applicants should be a graduate of accredited school of nursing and state Registered Nurse Licensure.
