Experience: 3 years in OR License: Current license to practice as a
Registered Nurse in state/district Certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS
Required Must-Have: BSN Highly desired Description: The operating
room nurse is responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties
for operative procedures. The nurse adheres to standards and
appropriate aseptic techniques. Consultation and coordination with
team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
intraoperative patient care plans are essential. The nurse serves
as a communication liaison to patients, families, and members of
the operating team. Preparation of the operating room for the
patient and surgical procedure is required. The nurse assembles
equipment and supplies, ensuring equipment is functional, and
