Job Description:

In this role, you will be a crucial part of our mission to provide
comprehensive rehabilitation and home health services. Utilizing a
holistic approach, you will help patients regain independence
through a variety of therapeutic techniques adapted to individual
needs. This position offers the opportunity to work within our
network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health
agencies, ensuring a diverse and rewarding professional experience.
Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate therapy plans.
Implement patient-specific occupational therapy interventions.
Assist patients with exercises and activities designed to help them
regain and maintain daily living skills. Monitor and document
patient progress in accordance with health care standards and
regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care. Educate
patients and their families on the recovery process and
post-therapy care. Adapt treatment plans and therapies to meet the
changing needs of patients. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to handle physically demanding tasks Excellent
problem-solving skills Deep knowledge of therapy practices and
patient evaluation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the
state of practice. NBCOT Certification preferred.
