Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Clinton, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,791 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required, travel experience required License: Valid State License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: Candidate must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms. General ED combined adult/pediatric setting experience required. ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications are required. Triage experience is a hard stop. Every other weekend is required. Every other holiday is required. Float within skillset is required. Description: Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse. The role requires managing care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess skills in triage, IV starts, and phlebotomy. Nurses will work in a general ED setting with a patient ratio of 1:4. Candidates should have experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Experience in care of ventilated patients, isolation precautions, and CPAP/BiPAP is required. The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The daily census averages 130 visits with 40 rooms and 40 beds available. Top presentations include a variety of emergency conditions. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy. Candidates must have worked in an ED setting with at least 45,600 visits per year within the past 8 months. This position does not require on-call duties.
