Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 8 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring a PA or compact RN license, with ACLS and BLS certification and Epic experience. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a hospital ICU setting - Night shift position with 4x12 hour shifts (19:00-07:00) - Care for critical care and COVID patients as needed - Weekend shifts are required every other weekend - May float to Med Surg as needed - No on-call responsibilities - Uses Epic EMR system and Epic experience is required - Assignment may require care for COVID-positive patients - Tobacco and fragrance-free facility - Up to 7 days of requested time off (RTO) may be considered per contract - Holiday coverage may be required as needed - Pairs may be accepted but matched schedules cannot be guaranteed - 50-mile local radius; local candidates may be offered at a lower pay rate /n /n Requirements/n - Active PA or compact RN license with no license hits - Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience - ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA or ARC - Epic charting experience required - Ability to complete required pre-start modules /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-656942.
