But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the/nveterinary team, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care/nthrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate/nwith the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization. Frederick is part of the Baltimore-Washington/nMetropolitan Area - located less than one hour from Washington, D.C.,/nBaltimore, and about 45 minutes away from Gettysburg, PA.
