currently hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistant (COTA) to join our inpatient team at Frederick Health
Hospital in Frederick, MD. Eligible for a sign-on bonus! What You
Can Expect Schedule: Monday through Friday Weekends: Minimum
requirement of 1 weekend per month Holidays: One major and one
minor holiday per year Environment: Supportive, fast-paced hospital
setting with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team About the Role
You’ll be part of a large, experienced team treating a wide range
of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological,
behavioral health, and critical care needs. Whether you're a
seasoned COTA or a recent graduate with strong acute care
clinicals, this is a great opportunity to build your skills in a

time management and flexibility Qualifications Graduate of an
ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Maryland
state licensure (or eligibility) BLS certification (American Heart
Association) 1 year of acute care or skilled nursing experience
preferred (New grads with strong clinical rotations are encouraged
to apply) Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality occupational
therapy services under the supervision of an OT Accurately document
patient care using a web-based EMR system Educate patients and
families on treatment plans and progress Meet all clinical,
departmental, and regulatory standards Contribute to a positive,
