We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Must be able to work every other weekendTop Reasons why a Nursing position with Pyramid Healthcare - Duncansville Inpatient is unique:Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs: All clients are independent for Bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.No cathetersNo I/Vs/Ports/MidlinesOur Nurses are not responsible for blood draws (we contract with a national lab who does them)There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions: No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc.No paper MAR's - - we have active eMAREssential Duties and Responsibilities:Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissionsMedication administration and education to clientsAbility to learn delivery of detox protocols (COWS and CIWA scales)Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointmentsMaintain medical equipment in proper working orderOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsLPN license for PA (current or pending)Pyramid CORE Values:We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
