Peyser Dentistry, a 5-operatory practice in Falls Church, VA, seeks a friendly and organized Front Office/Receptionist to join our collaborative team. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth patient flow and positive experiences.

*Responsibilities:*
* Greet and check in patients, verify insurance, process payments.
* Manage Dentrix scheduling system.
* Answer calls, handle inquiries, take messages.
* Assist with treatment plans, financial options, and insurance.
* Maintain patient records and reception area.
* Other administrative tasks.

*Qualifications:*
* 1+ year dental front office experience required.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* *Proficiency in Dentrix *
* Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

* Tues/Weds/Thurs: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
* Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
