treatment programs.What You Will Do:The Registered Nurse Stroke
Program Coordinator (SPC) is a RN with clinical expertise in
Emergency, ICU and/or acute stroke care management. In this
autonomous role, you will daily track Hospital admissions report to
identify stroke patients and review patient charts to ensure
documentation is accurate and to round on patients before
discharge. This role provides patient and nursing education. The
SPC responds to stroke codes, interacts with National Institute of
Health (NIH) research teams, tracks data, coordinates the stroke
committee, facilitates performance improvement projects, and review
polices and update as appropriate. This role is integrated with the
Quality Department and works collaboratively with multiple
disciplines. You will join a critical program that has been awarded
