*Summary*

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Flagship Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality speech therapy services to our patients. This position is essential in enhancing communication skills and improving the quality of life for individuals in need of rehabilitation.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate communication disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions for diverse populations.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care.
* Educate patients and families about communication strategies and techniques.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports.
* Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech language pathology.
