Job Description:
Title: CSR - MEDICAL Customer Service Representative
A CSR - Customer Service Representative job in Urbana is available
with one of our international clients, courtesy of Adecco. To be
considered for this opportunity, you must have at least three to
five years? experience in a call center setting and have medical
terminology experience. The pay range for this position will be
between $17.50 and $19.50 per hour depending upon experience. In
this role you will work for a mentor who prides herself on the
department?s very collaborative environment and recognizes success
through your growth.
The CSR - Customer Service Representative job responsibilities
include:
• Conducting scripted medical interviews via phone only
• Gathering medical data for processing via MS Excel
• Performing tasks within daily deadlines
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of exposure to medical terminologies e.g. (working with
medical records, medical charts, medical billing, CPT codes)
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel databases
• Utilize verbal communication and analytical skills while
showcasing your knowledge of medical terminology
• Understanding of production standards (e.g. working to
quotas)
