The Position: We are looking for eager, driven candidates with

developing impactful solutions for Federal clients at the
Department of Justice. The Grants Review Program Manager is
responsible for providing logistical support for administering

for all reviewers (virtual or in-person), covering review
procedures and timelines. Organize peer review consensus meetings
to finalize scoring and provide feedback for applicants. Coordinate
the recruitment and management of internal and external subject
matter experts as peer reviewers. Assign applications (typically
8–10 per reviewer) for independent evaluation and scoring, ensuring
compliance with criteria. Oversee completion and submission of
individual scoring forms and consensus documentation post-panel.
